| Biography
Ever
since I was 8 years old, I have actively participated in competitive
sports, which have taught me a great deal about working together with
people and the importance of regular exercise. Both my life and work
experience and the information I acquire in an effort to better myself
benefits many others through being a personal trainer. I have been
training now for over 7 years and am reminded everyday why I do it.

Training Philosophy
I
focus on the whole self with optimum health and wellness in mind. I share
as much as I can with my clients in order for each of them to be more in
tune with their bodies by developing an improved mind/body connection. Our
health depends so much on how we move, live, eat, think, and breathe. This
style of training is fully supported by all of my trainers, and they
incorporate these same fundamentals into their training sessions.
