| Biography
I am currently in my 8th
year of working in the training industry. In 1999, I received a BS in
Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. While at Maryland, I was a
decathlete on the varsity track and field team. It was during this
time that I developed my passion for learning how the human body performs
and how to make it perform better. After leaving Maryland, I gained
valuable experience working in a physical therapy clinic. In 2002, I
received an MS in Exercise Physiology, at the George Washington University.
Prior to starting my company, I served as a fitness director for Sport and
Health for over 3 years. As of today, my expertise is in injury rehab and
sport-specific training, but I have experience training all types of clients
with a variety of goals. |
Hobbies & Interests
I enjoy playing and
watching most sports. Currently, most of my time is spent chasing around
my 2 year old son.
Training Philosophy
Resistance training is
important for everyone and should be done by everyone. There is NO one
way to workout. I will work with you to create the ideal program for
you and only YOU.
